Zheng Xi Yong reserves the right to postpone or cancel the session any time up to the commencement of the booked time slot. The customer has the right to cancel or postpone the session up to 24 hours before the commencement of the session. Customers are not allowed to cancel or postpone the session within 24 hours of its commencement, and will be be charged the full price of the 1-to-1 session regardless of whether they proceed with the session.
